RESOLUTION NO. 82R-452
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES. (R/W '2800-28)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of THEODORE K. SIDERIS and EVA
JOAN SIDERIS to sell to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
An easement for road and pUblic utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the land shown as
.DREYFUS and OTHERS. on a map of Anaheim Extension as
shown on a map of Survey by William Hamel filed in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, a
copy of which is located in Book 3, pages 163 and
fallowing, entitled "Los Angeles County Maps. in the
office of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Anaheim
Boulevard and Vermont Avenue; thence N 15 degree, _36~
55. W, along the centerline of said Anaheim Bou1evard~
154.00 feet; thence S 74 degrees 21' 15" W, 47.00 feet;
thence S 15 degrees 36' 55ft E, 106.01 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave northwesterly and
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly and
Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 89
degrees 58' 10", an arc distance of 23.55 feet to a
point on a line parallel with and distant 33.00 feet
northerly of said centerline of Vermont Avenue; thence
S 15 degrees 38' 45" E, 33.00 feet; thence N 74 degrees
21' IS" E, along said centerline of Vermont Avenue,
61.97 feet to the point of beginning,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to
be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the city street system
(Section 1806 streets and Highways Code).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. l3-792-7l01-E2580, the
sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($4,400.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of september, 1982.
