RESOLUTION NO. 82R-467
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS AND ORDER-
ING THEIR RECORDATION.
WHEREAS, certain deeds have been presented to the City of
Anaheim all as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, each of said deeds having been de~ermined to be
correct in both form and subs~ance, the City Council finds that it
is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to aooept eaoh of
said deeds and to order their recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the following deeds be, and they are hereby,
accepted by the City:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause the foregoing deeds to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and ado~ed by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of September, 1982.
