RESOLUTION NO. 82R- 468
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-442
TO EXTEND THE BID DATE FOR THE CENTRAL MECHANICAL
MAINTENANCE FACILITY, ACCOUNT NO. 72-721-6325.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City
Council that a limited response to bids has been received on the
above-mentioned pUblic improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested an extension of
time for the submittal and opening of said bids; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the
best interests of the City to extend the bid date and award date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 82R-442, approved on the
31st day of August, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, amended to
the following extent only:
1. That the opening of the bids shall be on the
21st day of October, 1982.
2. That the award of the contract shall be on the
2nd day of-November, 1982.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except a~ hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 82R-442 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of September, 1982.
