RESOLUTION NO. 82R-487
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND BARBARA L. TORRES TO
PROVIDE HANDWRITING AND DOCUMENT EXAMINATION
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 76R-42, the
City of Anaheim did enter into an agreement with Barbara L.
Torres to provide handwriting and document examination
services; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement did
sUbsequently by amendment of said agreement desire to continue
the services, provided pursuant to said agreement, until
terminated by the written notice of intention to terminate by
either party; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim does desire to termin-
ate the agreement with Barbara L. Torres, effective the 29th
day of October, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement between Barbara L.
Torres and the City of Anaheim to provide handwriting and
document examination services be, and the same, is hereby,
terminated, effective the 29th day of October; ~982.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of October,
1982.
