RESOLUTION NO. 82R-497
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING PROVISION NO. 2 OF
RESOLUTION NO. 80R-252 AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED
BY RESOLUTION NO. 8lR-122 RELATING TO GENERAL
PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 155.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted a General Plan for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1980, the City Council did adopt
Resolution No. 80R-252 approving an amendment to the General Plan
designated as Amendment No. 155, Exhibit wA Amendedw; and
WHEREAS, on March 17, 1981, the City Council did adopt
Resolution No. 8lR-122 amending Provision No. 2 of said Resolution
No. 80R-252 relating to establishment of a specific park site and
specific development and maintenance costs therefor; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received by the City Council
to further amend provision No. 2 of said Resolution No. 80R-252 as
previously amended by Resolution No. 8lR-122; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held and conducted a duly
noticed public hearing on said proposed amendment and did give all
interested persons an opportunity to be heard, and did receive
evidence and reports concerning said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find and determine
that it is in the public interest and welfare to amend provision
No. 2 of Resolution No. 80R-252 as previously amended by
Resolution No. 8lR-l22, in the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Provision No. 2 of Resolution No.
80R-252, as previously amended by Resolution No. 8lR-122, approv-
ing an amendment to the General Plan designated as Amendment No.
155, Exhibit wA Amended- be, and the same is hereby, amended to
read as follows:
-2. That City staff and Texaco Anaheim Hills, Inc.
(or their successors) shall confer and estab-
lish a specific park site and specific devel-
opment and maintenance costs, and report their
recommendation to the City Council prior to
the submission of any tentative tract map
within Areas 3, 9 or 10..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 80R-252 shall remain in full force and
effect. .

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of October, 1982.
