RESOLUTION NO. 82R-513
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE MODIFICATION OF
CERTAIN TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON KATELLA AVENUE AT
CLAUDINA STREET AND KATELLA WAY; AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim contemplates improvements
on Katella Avenue at Claudina Street and Katella Way modifying
traffic signals and providing channelization thereat; and
WHEREAS, City has requested and State is willing to
provide engineering services for said project; and
WHEREAS, the State has submitted a contract Service
Agreement, the terms and conditions thereof are satisfactory to
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby approve a Service
Agreement with the State of California for engineering services
on Katella Avenue and Claudina Street and Katella Way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Service Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of October,
1982.
