RESOLUTION NO. 82R-533
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF BILL OF SALE PERTAINING TO COLLATOR AND
TRUCK LOADER.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, California, as follows:
1. That that certain Bill of Sale pertaining to a back loader
and automatic collator \thereby City grants title to said items in
order to effectuate lease financing of said item pursuant to that
certain Lease Agreement Relating to Capital Improvements by and
between City of Anaheim (California) Stadium, Inc. and the City
dated as of November 1, 1982, be and is hereby approved and that the
Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute said Bill of Sale and
the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized to attest his signature.
2. That the sale evidenced by said Bill of Sale is hereby
found and determined to be in the best interest of this City and its
residents and that, therefore, it is hereby determined that such
sale should be undertaken without advertising for bids with respect
thereto.
3. That this Resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 1222
of the City Charter of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd. day of November, 1982.
