RESOLUTION NO. 82R-550
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING AN AMENDMENT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 2110 AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO.
80R-480.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim here-
tofore adopted Resolution No. 80R-480 approving Conditional Use
Permit No. 2110, sUbject to certain conditions specified therein;
and
\lHEREAS, the permittee has requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions of approval as heretofore imposed in
Resolution No. 80R-480; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed pUblic
hearing on November 9, 1982, at which hearing the City Council
did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary,
relating to said request; and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council hereby finds and determines
that the proposed amendment of conditions is neither reasonably
necessary to protect the public peace, health, safety or general
welfare nor is necessary to permit reasonable operation under the
conditional use permit as granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci 1 of
the City of Anaheim that the proposed amendment. of Conditional
Use permi t No. 2110 as set forth in Resolution No. 80R-480 to
delete Condition No. 10 therefrom be, and the same is hereby,
denied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the time within which judi-
cial review of the herein decision must be sought is governed by
Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 9th day of November,
1982.
