RESOLUTION NO. 82R-553
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO THE TERMINATION AND
RESCISSION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC WORK.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did on September 7, 1982, by
Resolution No. 82R-447 award an Agreement for Public Work to Five
states Plumbing, Inc./Jarnes I. Langford; and
WHEREAS, due to the failure of a third party to complete
certain improvements, the installation of the improvements contem-
plated by the Agreement is not feasible; and
WHEREAS, Five States Plumbing, Inc./James I. Langford are
willing to rescind and terminate said agreement at no cost to the
City.
NO~J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
does hereby agree to the termination and rescission of said
Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Anaheim does hereby agree to the termination and cancellation of
the bonds posted in connection therewith.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of November, 1982.
