RESOLUTION NO. 82R-559
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81R-S02
AND AMENDMENTS THERETO WHICH ESTABLISHED
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED
AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended
in a staff report dated November 15, 1982 that a new job
classification be created; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 81R-S02 which established rates of compensation
for Executive Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that the creation of this job classification is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following job classification be
created and allocated to the Salary Schedule Master as follows:
Section 3.
That effective November 5, 1982, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now
employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule
in the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 8lR-S02 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16thday of November, 1982.
