RESOLUTION NO. 82R-563
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITION NO. 4 OF VARIANCE
NO. 3263 AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 82R-384,
NUNC PRO TUNC.
UHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted its Resolution No. 82R-384 on July 20, 1982,
approving Variance No. 3263 subject to certain conditions
therein set forth; and
\lHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
Condition No. 4 of Variance No. 3263 as set forth in Resolution
No. 82R-384 does not correctly reflect the action of the City
Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said
Condition No. 4 of Variance No. 3263 in the manner hereinafter
set forth, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 4 as set forth in
Resolution No. 82R-384 be, and the same is hereby, amended, nunc
pro tunc, to read as follows:
"4. That prior to the issuance of building
permits, the owner/developer shall execute and record
an agreement with the City of Anaheim providing that
four (4) units shall be maintained as rental units
for persons or families of low or moderate income for
a minimum of five (5) years. The form of said
agreement shall be approved by the City Attorney's
Office."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly
amended herein, said Resolution No. 82R-384 shall remain in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Anaheim this ~23rd day of November,
1982.
