A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY COUNCIL THAT
PETITION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98R-112,
NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, on June 16, 1998, the City Council of the City
of Anaheim adopted Resolution No. 98-R-112 approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 4000, subject to certain conditions specified
therein,
WHEREAS, due to inadvertence and clerical error
Condition No. 25 of Resolution No. 98R-112 is incorrect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council o
the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 25 is hereby amended in
its entirety to read as follows: -
"25. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the City
of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the
Planning Department marked Revision No. 2 of Exhibit No. 1,
Revision No. 1 of Exhibit No. 2, and Exhibit Nos. 3 and 4, and as
conditioned herein."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except to the extent
amended hereby, Resolution No. 98R-112 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THIS RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of February 1999.
