RESOLUTION NO. PC2009 -090
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3258
WHEREAS, on April 23, 1990, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.PC90 -93,
did approve Conditional Use Permit No. 3258 to permit a vacation ownership resort with fewer
parking spaces than required by code on that certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on Exhibit "A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference; and
WHEREAS, the process to terminate any permit may be initiated by the property owner;
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Planning Department has received a letter of request from the
property owner requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3258; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3258.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Anaheim City Planning Commission Resolution No.
PC90 -93, which heretofore approved Conditional Use Permit No. 3258, is repealed and Conditional
Use Permit No. 3258 is hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
October 12, 2009. /1
