PC2009 -082 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2170 WHEREAS, on March 9, 1981, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC81- 51, did approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2170 to permit a 45 -unit motel with fewer parking spaces and less landscaping within the setback area than required by code on that certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on Exhibit "A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and and WHEREAS, the process to terminate any permit may be initiated by the property owner; WHEREAS, the Anaheim PIanning Department has received a letter of request from the property owner requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2170; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2170. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of September 30, 2009. Said resolution is subject to the appeal provisions set forth in Chapter 18.60 "Procedures" of the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedures and may be replaced by a City Council Resolution in the event of an appeal.
