RESOLUTION NO. 82R-604
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-589,
NUNC PRO TUNC, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT, BY ADDING
CLASSIFICATIONS AND CORRECTING THE SALARY
SCHEDULES FOR CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, 1982, the City Council of the
City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 82R-589; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and error, the classifications of
Assistant Executive Director Community Development, Police Captain G, Police
Captain G - POST Advanced and Police Captain G - POST Management were omitted
and the salary schedules for the classifications of Parks Superintendent and
Property Services Manager were incorrectly stated: and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim to correct Resolution No. 82ft-589, nunc pro tunc, to
reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following classifications listed in Resolution No. 82R-589 be
amended, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
Section 1.
The basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the
City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any
of the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedules in the Salary Schedule Master.

Section 2.
Employees working in job classifications listed in Section 1 of
this resolution shall receive an addition to the management package making the
total management package equal to the City-paid employee contribution to the
retirement system of seven (7S) percent. The employee shall have the choice
of receiving the management package in City-paid contribution to the Public
Employee Retirement System, or the equivalent amount in deferred compensation
or additional earnings.
The effective date for each jOb classification receiving the
addition to the management package is listed below.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 82R-589 shall remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution
shall be December 7, 1982.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of December
