A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA200-00099)
BE TT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
A portion of that certain publicright-of way and alley adjacent to 100
North State College Boulevard, Anaheim, California.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M, or as soon therea~er as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: S~ntember 21 , 2005.

heim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the foNaw-'
ing public sheets, highways and service easements pur-
suant to the Public Sheets, Highways oral Service Ease-
ment Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and
Highways Code); to wit,
a PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-
WAY AND ALLEY ADJACENT TO 100 North State Col-
lege Boulevard, Anaheim, California
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held
at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may
