A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.2000R-124 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated August 23,
2005, that Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended in the manner set forth, effective August 26, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-124, which
established rates of compensation for job classifications, designated as Middle Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Section 1 of
Resolution No. 2000R-124 be amended as follows:
1. That the following classification be added to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-124:

Assistant Information Services Manager XU CR14
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution No.
2000R-124 is August 26, 2005.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R-124
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
