Resolution-PC 2009-120WHEREAS, on June 24, 2004, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC2004 -69, did approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2004 -04858 to permit a church in an
existing office building with fewer parking spaces than required by code on that certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on
Exhibit "A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and
owner; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Planning Department has received a letter of request
from the property owner requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2004 -04858 as
the church has vacated the property and the entitlement is inactive; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No. 2004-04858.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Anaheim City Planning Commission
Resolution No. PC2004 -69, which heretofore approved Conditional Use Permit No. 2004- 04858,
is repealed and Conditional Use Permit No. 2004 -04858 is hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUI ON was adopted at the Planning Commission
meeting of December 7, 2009.
