PC 88-153WHEREAS, on November 21, 1977, Conditional Use Permit No. 1772 was granted under Resolution No. PC 77 -260 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit on -sale beer and wine in a proposed semi enclosed restaurant with waiver of required tree screening on property consisting of approximately 0.8 acre, located on the east side of Euclid Street, approximately 140 feet north of the centerline of Orange Avenue; and WHEREAS, Ghazi Itani, proeprty owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1772 to facilitate construction of a commercial shopping center on subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1772 on the basis of the foregoing findings. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 6th day of June, 1988.
