A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
That certain 10 foot public utility easement for the installation and
maintenance of underground electrical conduit, conductors, transformers
and related electrical facilities as set forth in an Easement Deed recorded
in Book 11702, Page 178 of Official Records of the County of Orange,
California, generally known as 1041 Shepard Street, Anaheim,
California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: September 13 , 2005.
