4752ORDINANCE NO. 4752 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 68R-220 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described as follows: That portion of Lot I of Anaheim Extension as shown on a map of Survey by William Hamel, a copy of which is shown in Book 3, Pages 162 to 164 inclusive of "Los Angeles County Maps" in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot, being a point in the South line of La Palma Avenue, and running thence West along the North line of said Lot, 93.41 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot, 234.546 feet, thence North 73 degrees 45110" East 90 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot; thence Northerly along said Easterly line, 208.41 feet to the point of beginning, into the "RM -1200" Residential, Multiple -Family ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 67-68-68(5) 1. That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed along La Palma Avenue and East Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, prior to final building and zoning inspections. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building and zoning inspections. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be installed prior to final building and zoning inspections. 4. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent residential homes, prior to final building and zoning inspections. S. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. 6. That access to the individual parcels shall be provided in accordance with the "Specific Plan of Access - Exhibit A," on file with the City of Anaheim, and all development plans shall be submitted to the Development Services Department for review and approval, prior the issuance of a building permit. 7. That 6 -foot masonry walls shall be constructed between subject property and the R-1 lots, said walls to be constructed as and when the land is developed. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3.
