AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 47221 NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted Ordinance
No. 4722 amending the Zoning Map of the City of Anaheim by
changing the zoning classification of those certain parcels of
property described in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City
interest and general welfare
corrected, nunc pro tunc.
Council desires, and the public
requires, that said error be
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 4722 be, and the same is hereby,
amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending the legal description of that
certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
THE WESTERLY 50 FEET OF THE EASTERLY 108.31 FEET OF
LOT 16 OF TRACT NO. 743, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS RECORDED
IN BOOK 22, PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
PARCEL 2:
THE WESTERLY 50 FEET OF LOT 16 OF TRACT NO. 743, IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 22, PAGE 10 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.

THE EASTERLY 58.31 FEET OF LOT 16 OF TRACT 743, IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF

That, except as expressly amended herein, Ordinance No.
4722 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of December, 1986.
