ORDINANCE NO. 4802
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
SECTION 14.32.189 OF CHAPTER 14.32 OF TITLE
14 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING
TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Section 14.32.189, Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code which prohibits stopping or parking of
vehicles at certain locations be amended by adding subsection .050
to provide as follows:
11.050 Broadway, on the north side, from
Philadelphia Street to 42nd Street."
SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this
ordinance, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason to be
invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have passed
all other portions of this ordinance independent of the
elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared
invalid.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of February, 1987.
