AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
67R-334 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE THIRD CLASS LAND ALLOTTED TO M.
YORBA IN THE DECREE OF PARTITION OF THE RANCHO CANON DE
SANTA ANA RENDERED IN CASE NO. 1978 OF THE 17TH JUDICIAL
DISTRICT COURT OF CALIFORNIA, A CERTIFIED COPY OF WHICH
WAS RECORDED FEBRUARY 8, 1874 IN BOOK 28, PAGE 158 OF
DEEDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE CENTER LINE OF THE ANAHEIM
DITCH SOUTH 81 DEGREES 15' 20" EAST 144.80 FEET FROM THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE LAND CONVEYED BY MARCOS YORBA TO
ANGEL NAVARRO BY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 55, PAGE 10 OF
DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA; THENCE
NORTH 81 DEGREES 15' 20" WEST 68.91 FEET ALONG SAID
CENTER LINE THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 33' 50" EAST 447.22
FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75 DEGREES 21' 00" EAST 70.47 FEET TO
A POINT SOUTH 0 DEGREES 33' 50" WEST 454.57 FEET FROM
THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 33' 50"
WEST 454.57 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

AS DESCRIBED IN THE DEED RECORDED JULY 20, 1967 IN BOOK
8316, PAGE 500 OF OFFICIAL RECORD,
into the "ML(SC)" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED (SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAY) ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map,
as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
