4828ORDINANCE NO. 4828 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. PC86-244 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: BEING A PORTION OF LOT 5 OF THE MILES RANCHO AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGE 7 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, ALONG WITH ALL OF PARCEL 1, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 73, PAGE 6 OF PARCEL MAPS, AND ALL OF PARCEL 1 AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 110, PAGES 30 AND 31, OF PARCEL MAPS, ALSO BEING ALL OF PARCELS 1 AND 2, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 61 PAGE 20 OF PARCEL MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF THOSE CERTAIN UNNAMED ROADS ON THE WESTERLY AND SOUTHERLY SIDES OF SAID LOT 5 AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP, SAID ROADS NOW KNOWN AS HARBOR BOULEVARD AND ROMNEYA DRIVE; THENCE NORTH, ALONG SAID CENTERLINE OF HARBOR BOULEVARD 239.66 FEET TO THE WESTERLY PROLONGATION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN THE DEED TO ARNOLD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, A CORPORATION, RECORDED JULY 18, 1955, IN BOOK 3142, PAGE 230, OFFICIAL RECORDS; THENCE ALONG SAID PROLONGATION, NORTH 890 54' 0" EAST 280.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID DEED TO ARNOLD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, SAID POINT ALSO BEING A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF PARCEL 1 AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 73, PAGE 6, OF PARCEL MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA; THENCE ALONG SAID EASTERLY LINE OF SAID DEED TO ARNOLD CONSTRUCTION 86-87-06 COMPANY AND SAID WESTERLY LINE OF PARCEL 1, NORTH 198.43 THENCE; SOUTH 740 27' 44" WEST 290.62 FEET TO A POINT IN SAID CENTERLINE OF HARBOR BOULEVARD (90 FEET WIDE) THENCE; NORTH 190.91 FEET THENCE; EAST 40.00 FEET TO A POINT IN THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE FREEWAY RIGHT OF WAY AS SHOWN ON A DEED RECORDED T-26-1956 IN BOOK 3591, PAGE 64 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS; THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY FREEWAY RIGHT OF WAY LINE NORTH 100 17' 58" EAST 111.77 FEET THENCE; NORTH 320 22' 47" EAST 65.15 FEET THENCE; SOUTH 880 54' 40" EAST 340.66 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL 1 AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 110, PAGE 30 AND 31 OF PARCEL MAPS, THENCE; SOUTH 00 06' 00" EAST 289.25 FEET TO A POINT IN THE NORTHERLY LINE OF PARCEL 1 OF SAID MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 73 PAGE 6, THENCE; NORTH 890 54' 00" EAST 237.43 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF PARCEL 2 OF SAID MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 61 PAGE 20 THENCE; SOUTH 420.15 FEET TO A POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF SAID ROMNEYA DRIVE, 673.41 FEET EASTERLY FROM SAID CENTERLINE OF HARBOR BOULEVARD, THENCE; SOUTH 890 54' 00" WEST 673.41 FEET ALONG SAID CENTERLINE OF ROMNEYA DRIVE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, RIGHTS OF WAY AND EASEMENTS NOW OF RECORD, IF ANY, into the "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
