ORDINANCE NO. 4829
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADDING
NEW SECTION 11.08.030 TO CHAPTER 11.08 OF
TITLE 11 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO CONDUCT ON PUBLIC PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That new Section 11.08.030 be, and the same is hereby,
added to Chapter 11.08 of Title 11 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
to read as follows:
"11.08.030 PROHIBITION OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IN CERTAIN AREAS
OF ANAHEIM STADIUM AT
CERTAIN TIMES.
It shall be unlawful for
any person to possess or consume any alcoholic
beverage in any area within Anaheim Stadium during
any event or at any time when signs have been posted
by the City of Anaheim prohibiting alcoholic
beverages in such area during such event or at such
time."
SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this
ordinance, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason to be
invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have passed
all other portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination
herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of May, 1987.
