RESOLUTION NO. 86R-132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84R-238 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR POLICE RESERVES
CORPS MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated April 1, 1986 that the classification of Police Reservist-Special
be created and the rates of pay for Police Reservist be adjusted; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 84R-238 which established rates of compensation for the Police Reserve
Corps Members.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification and the adjustment of rates of pay is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, Section 5 of said Resolution 84R-238 be amended to read
as follows:
"5. That, effective April 4, 1986 the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the salary schedule master:

2. That, Section 6 be added to said Resolution 84R-238 to read as
follows:
"6. That, effective April 15, 1986 the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are noy employed or will
in the future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the salary schedule master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 84R-238 shall remain in full force and effect.
