RESOLUTION NO. 86R-135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY TO PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES.
(C.P. NO. 288 and R/W NO~ 3712)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
title to certain real property or interests therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion or portions
of City-owned property to the public for public road purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby dedicate
those parcels or portions thereof described in the legal
description and map attached hereto as Exhibit A and included by
reference herein, to the public for public road purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this
resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 8th day of April, 1986.

EXHIBIT A
Legal Description
Dedication of City-owned Property
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of "Dreyfus and Others" lands, as
shown on a Map of Anaheim Extension made by Wm. Hamel and
filed for record in Los Angeles County, a copy of which is
shown in Book 3, pages 163 et seq. entitled "Los Angeles
County Maps" in the office of the County Recor,der of said
Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of the 50.00
feet Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad right of way as
described in a deed recorded in Book 407, page 35 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California, said point being
on a line parallel with and 30.00 feet southeasterly of the
centerline of South Street; thence along said parallel line,
being also the existing southeasterly right of way line of
said South Street, N 74 1/20 E, 515.00 feet; thence
S 15 1/20 E, 2.00 feet~ thence S 74 1/20 W, 515.00 feet to
a point on the northeasterly line of said Railroad right of
way; thence N 15 1/20 W, 2.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion of said land included in
the easement deed to the City of Anaheim recorded April 7, 1959
in Book 4660, page 320 of Official Records.
The above described easement is indicated by cross-hatching on
that certain map designated as EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto
and incorporated by reference herein.
