RESOLUTION NO. 86R - 142
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86R-I03, NUNC PRO
TUNC.
WHEREAS, on March 18, 1986, the City Council passed Resolution No.
86R-103 and through inadvertence and clerical error, the classification of
Golf Course Maintenance Worker was erroneously listed.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of
the City to correct said Resolution No. 86R-103, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
correct classification of Golf Course Worker.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend Resolution No. 86R-I03, nunc
pro tunc, by establishing the classification of Golf Course Worker.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, by
this resolution, Resolution No. 86R-103 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 15th date of April , 1986.
