RESOLUTION NO. 86R-157
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING REVISION NO. 7 TO THE
SANTA ANA CANYON ROAD ACCESS POINT STUDY AREA
TO INCLUDE AN ACCESS POINT DESIGNATED AS l2A,
EXHIBIT B.
WH~R'~~~, the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
pursuant to the recommendations of the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim, adopted Resolution No. 66R-27, the Santa Ana
Canyon Road Access Point Study; and
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of March, 1986, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public
hearing to consider a revision to the Study Area. The revision
does consider access onto Santa Ana Canyon Road as part of a
circulation plan for a proposed commercial professional office
complex on a 3-acre parcel with a frontage of approximately 390
feet east of the centerline of Eucalyptus; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the City Planning
Commission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC 86-57 containing a
report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at
said hearing, and recommending that said revision designated as
Revision No.7 be adopted by the City Council in accordance with
Exhibit "B"; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 22nd day of
April, 1986, as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the
Civic Center as the place for a public hearing on said proposed
Revision No. 7 and did give notice thereof in the manner and as
provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the C~ty Council did duly hold and conduct such
public hearing and did g1ve all persons interested therein an
opportunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports and
did consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Revision No. 7 to the Santa Ana Canyon Road Access Point Study
Area in accordance with Exhibit "B" on file with the City should
be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Revision No. 7 to the Santa Ana Canyon
Road Access Point Study Area adding an access point designated as
12A in accordance with Exhibit "B" on file with the City be, and
the same is hereby, approved.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of April, 1986.
