A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO PROVIDING
WATER SERVICE TO CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF PLACENTIA AND WITHIN
THE FRANCHISED SERVICE AREA OF SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA WATER COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, through its Public
Utilities Department, supplies water to residents and
businesses within the City of Anaheim and adjacent areas; and
WHEREAS, Munson Prizio, Developers, have requested
that the City of Anaheim provide water to a thirteen acre
parcel located in the City of Placentia-generally, north of
Miraloma Avenue and east of Jefferson Street, (hereinafter
"parcel"); and
WHEREAS, due to the proximity of existing City of
Anaheim's water facilities it has been determined to be more
cost effective for Anaheim to provide water service to said
"parcel"; and
WHEREAS, Southern California Water Company has
consented to allow the City of Anaheim to provide water service
to said "parcel" which is located within their franchised
service area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does consent to provide water
service to said "parcel" in accordance with the prevailing
Rate~ Rules and Regulations of the water utility, Public
Utilities Department, City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
this 29th day of April , 1986.
