RESOLUTION NO. 86R-179
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
COMMITMENT AGREEMENT (SECOND UNIT FINANCING).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore entered an
agreement with the California Housing Finance Agency concerning
second unit financing; and
WHEREAS, the parties thereto desire to extend said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The terms and conditions of the Extension of Commitment
. Agreement are hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 6th day of May, 1986.
