RESOLUTION NO. 86R-180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF COMMIT-
MENT AGREEMENT (MULTIFAMILY REHABILITATION).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, on October 23, 1984,
enter an agreement with the California Housing Finance Agency; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend that agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby
approve said Extension of Commitment Agreement.
Z. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is' approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of May, 1986.
