RESOLUTION NO. 86R-183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROP-
ERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W '3292-2)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DANIEL G. DE BUSSCHERE and
MARJORIE SUE DE BUSSCHERE to sell to the City of Anaheim the
following described real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an
easement for road and public utility purposes, and more
particularly described as follows:
A public utility easement for sanitary sewer
purposes, inCluding all reasonable rights of ingress
and egress for the installation and maintenance of
sanitary sewers and related facilities over, under,
along, across and through the Northerly 20.00 feet of
Lot 14 of Tract 9333 as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 390, pages 48, 49 and 50 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be
construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the
City street system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a
warrant and pay to the owners of said real property, out of
General Funds of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No.
11-790-7101-EOSOO the sum of Three Hundre~ Dollars ($300.00).

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of May, 1986.
