RESOLUTION NO. 86R-18S
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROP-
ERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W '3428)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BANKAMERICA CORPORATION to
sell to the City of Anaheim the fOllowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for an easement for road and public
utility purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
Those portions of Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, of the
Regier Subdivision, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 6, page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, and those portions of Lots 12 and
13, Block C of the Davis Brothers Addition as
recorded in Book 2, pages 632 and 633 of
Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said
Lots 1 through 6, being distant N 75 degrees 25' 20"
E, 287.39 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot
1; thence along said Northerly line S 75 degrees 25'
20" W, 252.83 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 25.00
feet; thence Southwesterly 39.20 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 89 degrees 51' 04";
thence S 14 degrees 25' 44" E, 212.31 feet to a point
of cusp with a tangent curve concave Easterly and
having a radius of 92.00 feet; thence Northerly 16.23
feet along said curve through a central angle of 10
degrees 06' 24"; thence N 4 degrees 19' 20" W, 45.00
feet to the beginning of a curve concave Westerly and
having a radius of 108.00 feet, thence Northerly
19.05 feet along said curve through a central angle
of 10 degrees 06' 24"; thence N 14 degrees 25' 44" W,

126.89 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
Southeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet;
thence Northeasterly 38.58 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 88 degrees 25' 07"; thence
N 73 degrees 59' 23" E, 241.92 feet to the point of
beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be
construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the
City street system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a
warrant and pay to the owner of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No.
46-792-630l-E2250 the sum of Ninety-Six Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($96,800.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of May, 1986.
