RESOLUTION NO. 86R -200
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86R-43,
NUNC PRO TUNC, GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO . 2 748 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore conducted a duly noticed public hearing as required by
the provisions of Chapter 18.03 of Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and pursuant thereto granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2748 subject to certain conditions of approval on January 28,
1986; and
WHEREAS, the action taken by the City Council on January
28, 1986, granting Conditional Use Permit No. 2748 was subject to
the express condition as set forth in Condition No. 14 thereof,
that the owners of subject property shall acquire a recorded
covenant granting an access easement from the property owner
immediately south of subject property for ingress and egress
purposes to subject property; and
WHEREAS, said action by the City Council was memorialized
in Resolution No. 8~R-43; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
Condition No. 14 was erroneously included in said Resolution No.
86R-43; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby desires to delete
Condition No. 14 from Resolution No. 86R-43, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 86R-43 be, and the same is
hereby amended nunc pro tunc, by the deletion of Condition No. 14
therefrom.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly provided
herein, Resolution No. 86R-43 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of May, 1986.
