RESOLUTION NO. 86R-216
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 31 TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the State of California
did on August 16, 1977, enter into that certain Agreement No.
07-5055; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said Agreement by
the adoption of Supplement No. 31.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby:
1. Approve the terms and conditions of Supplement No. 31 to
Agreement No. 07-5055.
2. Authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
said Supplement No. 31 on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
