RESOLUTION NO. 86R-218
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
Z557 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 84R-Z07
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2557 on June 5, 1984, by Resolution No. 84R-207; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 2557 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 84R-207 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim t&; df May, 1986.
