27 The activities occurring in conjunction with the operation of this
establishment shall not cause noise disturbance to surrounding
properties.

28 Any violation of the application, or any attached conditions, shall be
sufficient grounds to revoke the permit (Section 18.16.040 Anaheim
Municipal Code).

29 Hours of operation for the smoking lounge shall be limited to 4:00
p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00
p.m. Friday to Sunday. The hours of operation shall also be divergent
from any other outdoor uses from businesses in the same commercial
retail center.
