RESOLUTION NO. 86R-264
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85R-269 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated June 3, 1986 that the classification of Police Civil Liability
Investigator be created effective June 13, 1986.
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
85R-269 which established rates of compensation for classes designated 8S
Professional and Technical Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective June 13, 1986 said Resolution No. 8SR-269 shall be
amended by adding the classification listed below and allocating it to the
appropriate salary which shall be the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in said classification.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R-269 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION 1s approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of June , 1986.
