RESOLUTION NO. 86R- 265
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SALE OF
CITY OF ANAHEIM 1986 TAX AND REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, California (the
IICityll), as follows:
WHEREAS. pursuant to a resolution heretofore adopted by thi s City
Council, notice of sale of the City.s 1986 Tax and Revenue Anticipation
Notes (the IINotesll) has been duly given and bids for the purchase of the
Notes have been received and pUblicly opened, examined and declared and
referred to this City Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:
1. All written bids received for the purchase of the Notes excepting
the bids herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that the
Notes be. and they are hereby, sold to the following persons in the
following principal amounts, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and
conditions set forth in the Official Notice of Sale of the Notes and said
Notes to bear interest and be sold at the purchase price set forth in the
bids of the bidders set forth below:
