A RESOLUtION OF TEE CITY COUINCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE$M AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 72R-406
CONDITIO* NO* 6 OF RECLASSIFICATION NO,

T^'HEREA.S, on the 19th day of September, 1972, the City
Council did pass i#s Resolution No. 72R-406 granting Reclassifi-
cation 'TTo. 72-73-A subject to certain conditions therein stated;
and
W EREA:S, it is the desire of the applicant and the Cit%x
Council to amend salid Resolution 72R-406 by amending Condition No.
6 thereof; and
!1F-EREAS , the City Council finds it is in the best inter-
est of the City to � amend said Condition No. 6 .
NOw, TF-EIXFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 72R-406 be amended by
anendina Condition No. 6 thereof to read as follows:
"6. What a (;foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the northerly property line,"
LE IT FURTF"ER RESOLVED that ejccept to the extent herein_
wended, said Resolution No. 72R-406 shall remain in full force
and effect.
