A RESOLUTION OF THE CITE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM PERTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE
OF THE T.ERMIS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT OF
CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim determines the terms and
conditions of employmtent by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue the
present resolutions covering wages, hours and conditions of em-
ployment in effect; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said reso-
lutions to be effective October 17, 1975, upon the. condition
that the majority representative for each appropriate unit of
representation concurs in writing with the recommendations of
the City Management representative orior to November 13, 1975,
NOW, THEREFOPE, Pr IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the Citv of Pmaheim that the present resolutions covering
employee wages, hours and conditions of employment remain in
effect to and including November 13, 1975.
Er IT FURTHER RESOLV .0 that in the event the majority
representative of a unit of representation concurs in writing
on or before November 13, 1975, with the City Management repre-
sentative's recommendations, then the resolution adopted by the
City Council for wages, hours and conditions of employment for
said unit shall be effective October 17, 1975.
AND BE IT FURTHER .RESOLVED that any resolution adop-
ted by the City Council for wages, hours and conditions of em-
ployment covering unrepresented City emplovees,excludincr
Department or Division ��eads, shall be ef:Fective October 17,
1975,
