m A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR JOB CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
POLICE ASSOCIATION, AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION
NO. 75R-71.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has met and conferred with
officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim Police Association
to discuss wages, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to supersede
Resoultion No. 75R-71 which established rates of compensation for
job classes represented by the Anaheim Police Association, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that establishing new rates of compensation for these classifications
is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
That the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees
of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be
employed in any of the classifications listed below, shall be allocated
to salary schedules as follows:

The Letter "U" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees
upgraded to that job class shall be paid premium pay as provided in Personnel
Rule 6.42, Premium Pay. The letters "PT" preceding a schedule number indicate
that employees working in that job class are part-time and are not covered
by upgrade provisions.
Section 3.
The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for
employees working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall
be computed as provided in. Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day, and
Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay.
The provisions of this Resolution shall supersede Resolution No.
75R-71.

Section 2.

The effective date of this Resolution shall be the 17th
day of October _ _, 1975, upon the condition that the
membership of the Anaheim Police Association ratifies the recommenda-
tions of the City Management representative prior to November 7, 1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
