WHEREAS the Citi Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on the 30th day o September, 1975, declare by Resolution No.
75R-518 its inten ion to v4tcate and abandon a ortion of dedi-

October, 1975, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. for a public hearing thereon;
