A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADDING A COivDITION TO CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO, 1373.
:ETHER .EAS , the City Planning Cormuni s s ion dict grant Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 1373 pursuant to Resolution No. PC73-31,
dated the 15th day of February, 1973; and
WHEREAS, thereafter on the'28th day of October, 1975,
at a public hearing, with evidence both written and oral and
due and proper written notice given thereof to the applicant,
the Citv Council did conduct a show cause" proceeding to determine
if said Conditional Use Permit No. 1373 should be revoked; and
• WHEREAS, the City Council did determine that revocation
was not yet in order, but that said Conditional Use Permit should
be amended by adding thereto a restrictive condition in reference
to the public address system.
NOW,r THEREFORE, BE IT --RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 1373 be, and
the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto a new Condition 15
to read as follows:
"15. That a public address system, intended to amplify
and broadcast music, verbal messages or other audio=
communications on the outside of the buildings on sub-
ject property or intended to be audible outside said
buildings, shall not be permitted in connection with the
activity authorized under this conditional use permit."
