23rd day of February, 1954, adopt Resolution NQ.. 2352 accepting
a
deed to certain real property located in the City of Anaheim knoi
as "The Mother Colon.,r House"; and
TgHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, the read. PropertNr
was accepted pursuant to certain teryris and conditions; anc?
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to amend said Reso-
lution No. 2352 by deleting Condition No. 2, thereof.
NOVTF THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution Ado. 2352 be, and the same is hereby,
amended by deleting Condition AT -11o, 2, thereof:

amended, Resolution No. 2352 s'l:alt remain in full force and effect.
