A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF All AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND LET'S DINE OUT CO. RELATING TO A
PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM FOR ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF
COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim operates the
Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the City Council.of the City of Anaheim
desires to increase revenue from the Anaheim Hills Golf
Course by promoting the use of said golf course on weekdays;
and
WHEREAS, Let's Dine out Co, has submitted to the
City a form of Agreement providing for an advertising and
promotional program designed to encourage weekday use of
Anaheim Hills Golf Course through the distribution of Bonus
Books; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
for the benefit and in the best interests of the City to
approve the proposed Agreement between the City of Anaheim
and Let's Dine Out Co., and that the same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said Agreement this day submitted
to the City Council to be made and entered into between the
City of Anaheim and Let's Dine Out Co. providing for a
promotional plan designed to encourage weekday use of Anaheim
ills Golf Course unon the teras and conditions set forth in
said A:;reement, be, and. the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTI-7ER RESOLVED that the Director of the
Anaheim Stadium -Convention Center be, and he is hereby
authorized to enter into and execute said Agreement between
the City of Anaheim and Let's Dine Out Co. for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
