TO EXECUT.!'E SAID AGREEMENT,
11711EREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it will promote patriotism to display the flag of the United
States in certain public "laces of the City of Anaheim or certain
Teo 1 idays ; and r
WHEREAS, the Legion has the facilities and is desirous
of displaying such flags at such times and place's as the City has
requested; and
WHEREAS', an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
UOQ:r, THEREFORE F RE IT tEGOLVED by the City Council of Vae
City of Anaheim that the teras and conditions of an agreement with
Anaheim Rost No, 72. American Legion to display the flag of the
United States in certain public places of the City of Anaheim on
certain holidays be, and t1he same are hereb T, approved.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the Mayor and Citv Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized anc11 directed to execute said agree -
