A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

OF ANAHEIM! APPROVING THE TER14S AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SUN FOOTBALL, INC.,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT,
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has caused to be
built and operates Anaheim Stadium, which is located at
2000 South State College Boulevard, City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Sun Footb all, Inc., desires to occupy
and use certain office space in said Stadium for the purpose
of conducting business related to the management and opera-
tion of its professional football team; and
WHEREAS, a license agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim.
NOWs THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement licensing Sun Football, Inc., to occupy and use
certain office space in Anaheim Stadium be, and the same are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of October , 1975*
